Job summary

LHH is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Wisconsin to improve production processes and support new product introductions.

You will collaborate with engineering and operations to enhance efficiency, quality, and manufacturability, and you will lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

This hands-on role requires troubleshooting, creating work instructions, and maintaining manufacturing documentation to ensure smooth, cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree and manufacturing experience.
  • Knowledge of machining, CNC, welding, casting/molding, and related manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with ISO 9001, ERP systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
