Job summary

Jobless is seeking a Metals Engineer to provide engineering support for multiple customer programs at the Headquarters Plant. The role emphasizes designing, problem solving, and project management to drive manufacturing readiness and quality improvements across metal products.

Responsibilities include facilitating new product introductions, establishing procedures and training, resolving production issues, and coordinating with business units and customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering with 1–2 years related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assists Business Units with introduction of new/re-engineered products.
• Establishes procedures, instructions, and training to support new metal products.
• Ensures all new/re-engineered processes are manufacturing ready.
• Assists in establishing and implementing quality specifications, testing for metals components, supplier components, subassemblies, and finished goods.
• Assists in the resolution of daily production and quality issues.
• Interacts with Business Units/customers to identify improvements and ensure Total Customer Satisfaction.
