Job summary

Actalent is seeking a skilled manufacturing engineer to provide technical leadership for RF welding, flexible materials manufacturing, and related assembly processes. You will drive process development, validation, and sustained improvements focused on safety, quality, throughput, and cost.

You will design tooling, fixtures, equipment, and automation to support production and new product introductions, and manage IQ/OQ/PQ validation, process documentation, and ERP master data.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing process development and validation.
• Knowledge of RF welding, flexible materials, and related assembly processes.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for manufacturing processes including RF welding and related assembly operations.
• Develop, optimize, validate, and sustain manufacturing processes with focus on safety, quality, throughput, repeatability, and cost.
• Translate customer specifications into manufacturing documentation and ERP master data.
