RG&T Solutions is seeking an innovative engineering professional to lead technical activities in Mass Production, Business Planning, and New Model development. You will create and implement solutions to meet safety, environmental, quality, delivery, cost, and morale targets, with strong emphasis on data-driven PDCA methodologies.

The role requires effective communication across all levels to align goals, analyze reports to identify gaps, and manage schedules, budgets, and resources.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 0-6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software; strong communication and leadership skills.
• Troubleshooting complex issues; self-motivation and team orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical activities in Mass Production, Business Planning, and New Model development.
• Create and implement solutions to meet safety, environmental, quality, delivery, cost, and morale targets.
• Analyze reports to identify gaps, develop countermeasures, and use PDCA to resolve problems.
• Monitor and optimize equipment and processes; train and develop the team; manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
