WEG Electric Corp in Duluth, GA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for LV Electrical Panels. You will collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to ensure efficient, cost-effective manufacturing and to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include supporting engineering with design for manufacturing, creating documentation, and implementing SOPs. The role requires use of CAD tools, SAP familiarity, and lean manufacturing knowledge. 3–5 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical panel design and testing.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize panel design.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, BOMs, and SOPs.
• Provide technical assistance for assembly, testing, and packing of LV electrical panels.
• Develop templates and poka-yokes to improve productivity and quality.
• Support process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
