SLB is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support Process, Production or Technology tracks. The role focuses on designing cost‑effective manufacturing methods, applying LEAN and Six Sigma, and training shop floor personnel.

The engineer drives process improvements, monitors metrics and collaborates across engineering and manufacturing teams. The candidate should have 3–5 years in electronic manufacturing or related fields, with a background in electrical engineering or industrial engineering

Qualifications

• Electrical engineer background preferred; industrial engineering acceptable.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and process improvement tools.
• Root cause analysis and problem solving skills required.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and data driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Lead manufacturing process improvements to boost yield and reduce cycle time.
• Implement standardized work, line balancing and layout optimization.
• Develop training matrices and monitor shop floor metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing Métiers on new products and trials.
