Qualifications

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement Lean, Six Sigma and related techniques to achieve manufacturing excellence.
• Provide shop floor feedback on product design and manufacturability via ECRs.
• Review and sign-off on Engineering Change Orders impacting inventory and product life cycle.
• Create, implement and monitor KPIs for process capability and product quality.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Métiers and other resources to share best practices.
