Job summary

SLB is seeking Manufacturing Engineer candidates for roles in Process, Production or Technology. The position focuses on designing, developing and continuously improving manufacturing processes using LEAN and Six Sigma tools, training shop floor personnel and tracking production metrics.

Collaboration with Engineering and Manufacturing Technology ensures new and existing products have optimized, cost-effective processes.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent combination
• 0-2 years of experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement Lean Six Sigma and standardized work
• Improve process yield, cycle time and productivity
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes and standards
• Train shop floor personnel and establish training matrices, metrics and KPIs
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing Technology to develop and transfer processes
• Create and execute a technology roadmap for new and existing products
