Qualifications

• Preferably graduated from computer school/college with major in industrial engineering.
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in Industrial Engineering role.
• Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement Kaizen Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of the manufacture of products to ensure manufacturing and service methods align with engineering documentation.
• Manage aspects of new product introduction within company policies.
• Verify performance validation tests for Production Test introduction.
• Determine root causes of product handling problems.
• Assist with Assembly and Test personnel training.
• Lead continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and delivery by deploying a CI framework.
• Support Environmental Health and Safety projects to promote Zero Incident Safety Culture.
• Manage assigned projects to meet division, plant, and project goals.
• Develop approaches to solving problems in processes, tooling, equipment, facilities, and cost.
