Getman Corporation in Bangor Township, MI, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to independently develop, implement, and continuously improve metal fabrication processes. You will focus on industrializing new products, optimizing processes, and developing tooling to support safety, quality, and productivity objectives.

The role requires collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to establish efficient, repeatable, and sustainable manufacturing.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial engineering; 3+ years experience preferred.
• Experience with CAD/CAM tools such as SolidWorks and Mastercam; welding is valued.
• Lean principles or Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead manufacturing process development and cost‑effective improvements.
• Develop routings and standard times for Getman products.
• Support CAD/CAM and CNC programs to optimize production.
• Identify and implement waste reduction and productivity gains.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and shop‑floor teams.
