Job summary

Getman Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to independently develop, implement, and continuously improve metal fabrication processes. You will industrialize new products, optimize existing processes, develop tooling and fixtures, and implement cost-effective solutions that support safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.

The role requires practical knowledge of metal fabrication, the ability to resolve manufacturing challenges, and collaboration with Engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, mechanical, industrial engineering or related field.
• CAD/ CAM experience with SolidWorks, Mastercam is valued.
• Lean Principles or Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in capital investment, manufacturing flow and process improvement projects.
• Develop routings and standard manufacturing times for Getman products.
• Provide technical support for laser cutting, plasma cutting, CNC machining, welding, forming, assembly and finishing.
