The Judge Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to help optimize manufacturing processes and drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on developing production processes, creating work instructions, and supporting new product introductions while collaborating with quality, production, and supply chain teams to implement Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience is required.
• Lean Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.
