You will review BOMs, evaluate manufacturing improvements, and drive efficiency across the plant. The role emphasizes problem solving, standard work, and cross-functional collaboration with strong CAD/SolidWorks involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1-3 years of welding and metal fabrication experience.
• Lean Principles: Problem Solving, Flow, Standard Work, Kanban, SMED, 5S.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, including production flow and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain detailed layouts of buildings and equipment.
• Coordinate launch of new or revised products and train team members.
• Design, develop, test or source tools, machinery, and equipment for manufacturing methods.
• Perform cost reduction and quality improvement analyses for processes.
• Represent manufacturing on cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate BOMs and manufacturing process for accuracy.
• Deliver results in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
