Omni One is seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer in Ohio who thrives on hands-on process improvements on the factory floor. You will lead root-cause analysis, drive lean initiatives, and collaborate with operations, maintenance and quality teams to boost reliability and efficiency.

This role offers a bonus and a flexible start time, with opportunities to mentor teammates, implement work instructions, and manage small projects that cut costs while improving safety and throughput.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or similar.
• At least 3 years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with Lean, continuous improvements and/or Six Sigma.
• Desire to be on the manufacturing floor, not behind a desk all day and be mechanically inclined.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Initiative to own process improvement efforts.
• Lean, Process Improvements, Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Leading process improvements on the manufacturing floor.
• Determining root cause analysis of issues and implementing solutions.
• Supporting operations, maintenance and quality assurance.
