You will collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and engineering to implement data-driven solutions, optimize processes, and sustain measurable gains across manufacturing lines in Ohio.

This hands-on role requires strong problem solving, project management, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Manufacturing experience with hands‑on process improvement and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own the outcome for improvements from problem definition through implementation and sustained results.
• Work on the manufacturing floor to solve recurring problems and improve process flow.
• Lead structured root-cause investigations and develop countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and maintain standard work, work instructions, and process documentation.
