Job summary

Omni One in Ohio is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of Process and Industrial Engineers, collaborating with the Plant Manager and Operations Directors to achieve safety, quality and environmental goals in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing setting.

The role focuses on developing a new Continuous Improvement program, driving Lean/CI culture, and supporting Tool & Die development and stamping processes.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering is strongly preferred, but not required.
• At least 5-10 years of experience in stamping and Tool & Die within the automotive industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead a team of Process and Industrial Engineers, ensuring they are achieving their goals, succeeding in the plant and growing internally.
• Work closely with the Plant Manager and Operational Directors to ensure all plant safety, quality and environmental goals/metrics are met.
• Aid in developing a new Continuous Improvement program that will allow the plant to surpass operational goals.
• Drive a Lean/CI culture throughout the facility.
• Assist in all areas of Tool & Die development and stamping processes/procedures.
