• Hands-on problem-solving skills to diagnose and fix process issues on the shop floor.
• Strong presence on the production floor enabling quick reaction to abnormalities.
• Experience with Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies to drive efficiencies.
• Knowledge of quality systems and the ability to apply them on the manufacturing line.
• Ability to turn engineering ideas into practical, real-world solutions.

Responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing processes, workflows, and production efficiency.
• Develop and implement jigs, fixtures, tooling, and manufacturing solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and CI principles.
• Troubleshoot production and quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve safety, quality, and throughput.
• Support process standardization and quality management system requirements.
