Job summary

gpac is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing team. The role focuses on developing SOPs, evaluating designs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across production lines.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering with 1–3 years of experience, strong time management, and familiarity with MRP systems and metal fabrication processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Excellent time management, problem prevention and solving skills.
• MRP systems experience preferred.
• Experience in metal fabrication, welding and topcoat applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop SOPs using manufacturing engineering practices.
• Participate in concurrent evaluation and quality assurance design reviews.
• Evaluate and approve drawings, routings, specs, and other documents.
• Design and procure tools/equipment.
• Identify, evaluate, and solve production problems.
• Lead training of assemblers to improve and introduce new processes.
• Prepare/manufacture prototypes as required utilizing concurrent engineering principles.
