Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Ohio to support NA operations. You will provide technical leadership to improve processes and equipment reliability, and drive lean initiatives across the manufacturing network.

Responsibilities include implementing new tools and systems, supporting daily production, and standardizing processes across shifts while collaborating with quality and other functions to sustain high quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with lean tools and continuous improvement.
• Travel – up to 25% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and leadership to improve processes and equipment reliability across NA manufacturing.
• Implement tools, systems, and technology to maintain and improve operations.
• Support day-to-day manufacturing and translate technical knowledge to teams.
• Apply lean methods to reduce cycle time and WIP.
• Guide validation of equipment, consumables, and process changes for improvements.
• Help standardize processes and materials across shifts.
• Collaborate with quality to develop QC plans to sustain operations.
• Develop and direct procedures to meet quality standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
