Job summary

You will partner with process engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, sourcing, finance, training, and QA on key initiatives to drive capacity, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and leadership to improve existing technology, processes, and equipment reliability.
• Implement tools, systems, and technology to maintain and improve operations.
• Support day-to-day manufacturing and translate knowledge to training requirements.
• Lead value stream mapping to improve cycle time and WIP reduction.
• Support validation of equipment, consumables, and process parameters to improve quality.
