EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead in Youngstown, Ohio to assist Supervisors in achieving business goals related to quality, productivity, breakage, and costs. The role involves directing production associates, conducting start-up meetings, and managing the workflow effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years related experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to rotate from sitting and standing for long periods.
• Competent in using repetitive motion of hands and wrists.

Responsibilities

• Manage team workflow and conduct productive start-up meetings.
