Job summary

Oakley, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to advance Lean initiatives across our manufacturing facility. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, facilitate problem-solving, and help develop standardized work and visual management systems.

You will drive operational excellence, engage employees in continuous improvement efforts, and share best practices through audits, layered process checks, and shop-floor

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a fast-paced, complex manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and other business systems.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Capable of coaching and influencing others.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and sustainment of Continuous Improvement projects.
• Coordinate the High Performance Team program, tracking projects and engagement.
• Plan and monitor Layered Process Audits for compliance and improvement.
• Support Shop Floor Management processes and KPI boards.
• Conduct audits to verify standardized work, 5S, and procedures.
• Coordinate to keep the facility tour-ready with visual controls and housekeeping.
• Assist cross-functional teams with Lean, Six Sigma, problem-solving and waste reduction.
