Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication to interface with all levels of the organization.
• Understanding of Toyota Lean Principles and their implementation.
• Experience with hands-on troubleshooting and shop-floor guidance.

Responsibilities

• Improve assembly processes to maximize efficiency and resource use.
• Track and report KPI's to ensure tight process control.
• Identify and evaluate capital equipment to support operations.
• Lead continuous improvement projects within manufacturing.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to boost productivity.
• Assist with environmental compliance and safety initiatives.
• Investigate downtime and implement preventive measures.
• Apply process controls and standardization for best-in-class results.
• Apply Toyota Production System concepts to reduce lead times and improve flow.
• Serve as a technical expert for the assigned area and proactively fix issues.
