Job summary

The Raymond Corporation, part of Toyota Material Handling North America (TMHNA), is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to shape assembly processes, drive efficiency, and lead continuous improvement with a hands-on approach in Muscatine, IA.

You will analyze processes, report KPIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, reduce downtime, improve material flow, and apply Toyota Lean principles to deliver best value to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field.
• Strong communication skills to interface with all levels of the organization.
• Understanding of Toyota Lean Principles.
• Hands-on troubleshooting ability.

Responsibilities

• Improve assembly processes to boost efficiency.
• Track and report process KPIs to ensure control.
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend new capital equipment.
• Support continuous improvement to increase safety and quality.
• Engage stakeholders to increase productivity and value.
• Support downtime reduction and issue elimination in the area.
• Apply process controls and standardization for best results.
