Analyze equipment failure history and optimize PM programs to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
Develop SAP-based dashboards to track maintenance KPIs and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Pursuing a relevant engineering degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA and eligible for on-site co-op placement.

Responsibilities

Analyze equipment failure history and optimize preventive maintenance (PM) programs to improve reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
Develop SAP-based dashboards to track key maintenance KPIs and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Create, update, and standardize maintenance procedures, work instructions, and process documentation to support ISO certification requirements.
Assist maintenance technicians with equipment drawings, troubleshooting guides, and visual work instructions to improve problem-solving.
Play a key role in the annual plant-wide summer shutdown and capital projects.
