Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company – Trenton is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop cost-effective manufacturing methods by analyzing existing processes and installations and evaluating efficient solutions to manufacturing problems.

This position is responsible for supporting production, troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment, improving manufacturing processes, and actively participating in the Modine Production System.

Qualifications

• B.S. in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• CAD proficiency, Solid Edge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost-effective manufacturing methods and improve processes.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and support production on all shifts.
• Participate in the Modine Production System and Lean initiatives.
• Lead equipment modifications, installation, qualification, and training.
• Coordinate with various teams and vendors on projects.
