Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or production support roles.
• Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies applied in manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
• Experience supporting new product introductions and design-for-manufacturability initiatives.
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel and Minitab.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and implementation of manufacturing processes, tooling, and work instructions.
• Analyze production performance data to identify efficiency, quality, and cost improvements.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) by validating manufacturability and readiness plans.
• Troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues related to equipment, materials, or process variability.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize workflows.
• Design and refine production layouts, material flow, and capacity planning models.
• Collaborate with quality, supply chain, and operations to implement corrective actions.
• Evaluate and recommend capital equipment, automation, or tooling improvements.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, control plans, and standardized work.
• Monitor KPIs and validate changes through data analysis and reporting.
