Modine Manufacturing Company in Trenton, Missouri is seeking a Controls Engineer II to design, develop, implement, troubleshoot, and continuously improve electrical control systems and PLC-controlled equipment. You will collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to deliver cost-effective automation solutions.

The role supports plant operations by increasing automation capabilities, reliability, and safe production processes, with opportunities

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in electrical/related engineering.
2+ years in manufacturing engineering, automation, or controls engineering.
Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment.
Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems, machine controls, sensors, drives, HMIs, and industrial networking.

Responsabilidades

Develop cost-effective manufacturing methods through analysis of existing processes, equipment, and installations.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems.
Design, modify, and optimize machine control programs and electrical controls to improve performance.
Lead and support capital projects from concept through implementation.
Provide technical support to production operations across all shifts for complex equipment.
