You will work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to support continuous improvements and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes safety, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, CAD/ERP tools, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver reliable, high-quality rail components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
• Proficiency with CAD and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Support NPI with process validation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen.
