Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• 5-10 years of proven manufacturing engineering experience driving process integration and process improvement.
• Experience leading manufacturing processes on the shop floor with a strong emphasis on lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing systems using engineering and lean principles.
• Lead front-line collaboration to solve key manufacturing problems and reduce costs.
• Use KPI metrics to drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity and cost.
• Prepare process changes, CP, PFMEA, and control plans for QMS compliance.
• Mentor production and engineering staff; report progress to Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
