Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role in assembly or fabrication environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety regulations and quality standards compliance.
• Utilize lean principles to eliminate waste and improve workflow.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
• Design layouts for manufacturing processes and equipment setups.
• Analyze workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout for Lean manufacturing.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify improvement areas.
