Brooks Instrument, a division of ITW, seeks an Operations Administrator for the Hatfield, PA site to support Vacuum and Pressure production processes, improve methods, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with production, design, and supply chain teams to resolve issues, develop procedures, and drive continuous improvement across value streams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, manufacturing, or related engineering discipline.
• 2+ years of manufacturing/production engineering experience preferred.
• Experience with vacuum, pressure, flow-control instrumentation preferred.
• Experience with Lean, PFMEA, SPC, or continuous improvement methods preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day engineering support for Vacuum and Pressure production processes, equipment, tooling, and documents.
• Collaborate with Production Supervisors, engineers, and operators to troubleshoot safety, quality, and delivery issues.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes, instructions, and tooling.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation and control plans.
• Lead problem-solving and root-cause analysis for manufacturing problems.
