Banner Engineering is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Manufacturing (Operations) Engineering team, supporting production operations at our Brooklyn Park, MN facility. You will be a strong contributing member in our collaborative environment while also finding a good amount of autonomy to drive improvements.

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the output of ongoing manufacturing operations as well as supporting new product launches and transfers.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Manufacturing, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated track record of applying engineering problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate with post-product launch teams to address production manufacturability, cost, and yield issues.
• Provide line support for yield improvement, trouble shooting, and other objectives.
• Create labor estimates, time standards, assembly drawings, routings, and procedural documentation.
• Research and identify new production technologies to support cost and quality initiatives.
