The role emphasizes lean manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, and collaboration with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams. Shift is 1st, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, full-time on-site; safety gear and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering.
Proficient in manufacturing software and data analysis.
Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong verbal and written communication in English and/or Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Develop, implement, and optimize production workflows and layouts.
Support new equipment installation and process validation.
Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance and Production to resolve issues.
Monitor KPIs such as cycle time, yield, and downtime.
Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
Support the launch of new automotive glass products into mass production.
Perform other duties as assigned.
