Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience with capital budgeting evaluation is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Designs tools or machines for production manufacturing.
• Redesigns, repairs, or replaces in‑process equipment and tooling.
• Develops processes, methods, tooling and production controls for new programs.
• Sets up new equipment and trains others to use it properly.
• Writes procedures for operation of equipment.
• Supports lean manufacturing techniques and cost/waste reduction.
• Acts as liaison across plant functions.
