Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments; internships or co-ops are a plus.
• Strong data-analysis aptitude; proficient with Excel; familiarity with statistical software or Minitab is a plus.
• Familiarity with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Inventor.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify improvements.
• Create processes and procedures to meet budgetary goals and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external resources to advance project work.
• Design and develop new production equipment to improve processes.
• Specify and implement automation systems (e.g., pick-and-place robotics).
• Participate in cross-departmental meetings to ensure collaboration.
• Support TPM activities and track equipment reliability metrics.
• Facilitate continuous improvement events and drive results.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency through layout and workflow optimization.
• Co-develop project schedules and budgets to keep on time and on budget.
