Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma.
• Develop strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and increase throughput.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities via process optimization and automation.
• Collaborate with maintenance to reduce downtime across production equipment.
• Maintain documentation of processes, parameters, and SOPs.
• Provide training to production teams on manufacturing techniques.
• Lead equipment and process launches network-wide and support cross-functional teams.
