This role partners with production, quality, maintenance, and design engineering to improve processes, launch new products, and support capital equipment initiatives. You will identify inefficiencies, implement changes, lead projects that boost safety, quality, throughput, and overall manufacturing performance, with opportunities to influence plant performance in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3–8 years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong Lean and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Experience leading Kaizen events and process improvements.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SolidWorks.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Influence without direct authority to drive cross-department initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean manufacturing initiatives to improve productivity and reduce scrap.
• Drive process optimization and capital equipment projects.
• Develop and standardize SOPs, PFMEA, control plans, and process flows.
• Support new product introductions with scalable manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and design teams to ensure product quality.
