You will partner with New Product Development to transition approved designs into mass production and refine processes across Fab, Assembly, and Extrusion. • 3–5 years experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Experience improving cost, quality, and manufacturability.

Responsibilities

• Transition approved designs into mass manufacturing with NPD.
• Refine and scale manufacturing processes for current and new products.
• Study production and machine requirements to optimize output.
• Design and install equipment and automation where appropriate.
• Organize workflows and resource planning for Fab, Assembly, and Extrusion.
• Implement SPC data gathering and basic quality systems to reduce defects.
