Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Greenwood, MS to provide production support and manage multiple projects from concept through implementation. You will drive continuous improvement, utilize SPC, and develop methods and documentation for production teams.

The role requires collaboration with maintenance, engineering, and operations to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. The ideal candidate has a BS in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, 1–2 years of manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial field.
• 1-2 years experience in manufacturing processes.
• Supervisory experience helpful.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to boost productivity.
• Apply statistical process control to identify problems and implement solutions.
• Create and update Standard Work and related documentation.
• Implement 8D corrective actions and quality improvements.
• Lead cross-functional projects to develop new manufacturing processes and automation.
• Collaborate with integrators to develop manufacturing solutions.
• Compile data to justify business cases for manufacturing operations.
• Manage projects within budget and schedule constraints.
• Track schedules and identify risks to timelines.
• Participate in Kaizen and project engineering activities.
