Anduril Industries is seeking a manufacturing engineer to own the Dive-XL assembly manufacturing on the Quonset Point floor. You will design fixtures and tooling, write routings and work instructions, and work hands-on with technicians to drive production readiness.

You will develop BOMs, provide DFM/ DFA feedback, and help connect the digital thread across Teamcenter, ArsenalOS and Oracle to reduce rework and cycle times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing or aerospace engineering.
• 3+ years of engineering experience with physical hardware in manufacturing, production or mechanical design.
• Working knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5), tolerance stack-ups, and bolted and welded joint design.
• 3D CAD for fixture and tooling design; Siemens NX preferred, SolidWorks or Creo accepted.
• Hands-on build experience in machining, welding, fabrication or assembly; relevant projects count.
• A part or tool you took from prototype to repeatable production that you can walk us through in detail.
• Work instructions clear enough that a technician can build from them without you there.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsabilités

• Own manufacturing for major Dive-XL assemblies from first article through rate production.
• Design fixtures, lifting equipment and assembly tooling for large, heavy structures in Siemens NX.
• Print fixtures, jigs and shop aids in-house and revise them quickly to cut cycle time.
• Build manufacturing BOMs in Teamcenter and write routings/work instructions in ArsenalOS.
• Provide DFM and DFA feedback and carry changes through to parts and paperwork on the floor.
• Connect Teamcenter, ArsenalOS and Oracle so changes and as-built records move between them.
• Lay out work cells, support robotics and analyze data to improve automation and reduce rework
