Job summary

Anduril Industries is establishing a Dive-XL production line at our Quonset Point campus in Rhode Island. We seek a manufacturing engineer to own major Dive-XL structures, design tooling, write processes, and work closely with technicians.

You will bring strong mechanical fundamentals and hands-on build experience, and you will help integrate Siemens NX, Teamcenter, ArsenalOS, and Oracle ERP on the factory floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing or aerospace engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing for Dive-XL assembly stages from first article to rate production.
• Design fixtures, lifting equipment and tooling for large structures in Siemens NX.
• Print and test fixtures, jigs, and shop aids; iterate to cut cycle time and improve ergonomics.
• Build manufacturing BOMs in Teamcenter and write routings/work instructions in ArsenalOS.
• Provide DFM/DFA feedback to design; carry changes through to parts and paperwork on the floor.
• Help connect Teamcenter, ArsenalOS and Oracle so data moves without re-entry.
• Lay out work cells, support robotics/automation, and use data to identify where automation reduces wait times.
