Job summary

Umbra Cuscinetti, Inc. (UCI) in Everett, WA, leads adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies to boost production efficiency and capacity for new product introductions. You will coordinate launches and cross-functional support while implementing process improvements and tooling designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus extensive experience in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering and manufacturing.
• Experience implementing new manufacturing technology in aviation/regulated industries is preferred.
• Ability to develop assembly processes and maintain manufacturing plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead introduction of new manufacturing technology to improve production efficiency and capacity.
• Recommend and implement improvements to production processes, methods and controls.
• Coordinate manufacturing launches and cross-functional support for new or revised products.
• Use resources to resolve problems and support special projects.
