UACJ Automotive Whitehall Industries, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Engineer to design and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment, aiming to maximize production efficiency.

You will interface with customers, employees and management to translate requirements into lean, ready-to-use processes and support packaging product development per customer specs. Responsibilities include cost estimation for new parts, tooling support, and driving quality improvements.

Competenze

• B.S. degree in manufacturing or mechanical engineering or related field.
• CAD/CAM experience preferred; SolidWorks is desirable.
• 0–3 years of equivalent experience in manufacturing engineering.

Mansioni

• Provide manufacturing process design, evaluate changes, and implement improvements.
• Support quoting with piece-part cost estimates for new products and cost calculations for existing products.
• Assist tooling design, gages, machinery, fixtures and report costs and supplies.
• Troubleshoot processes via quality alerts and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain engineering docs: specs, prints, process instructions, routings, etc.
• Support new product launches and engineering changes.
• Direct cell technicians and support daily production activities.
