Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• Students will apply engineering knowledge to real-world composite manufacturing projects.
• Experience with composites manufacturing (projects, hobbies, or work) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design molds and tools for customer parts with thorough documentation.
• Generate ply/kits from customer designs and program projector data.
• Support cost reduction and DFM efforts to scale production for growing demand.
• Work hands-on with production to identify issues and develop scalable solutions.
