You will design molds and tools, generate ply/kit data, contribute to cost-down and DFM efforts, and work hands-on with production to address bottlenecks and scale operations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters in Engineering.
• Some background/experience in composites manufacturing through school projects, hobby, or work.
• Proficient in a professional CAD suite and capable of creating manufacturing drawings.
• U.S. Persons status is required as this position needs access to export controlled data.

Responsibilities

• Design molds and tools for customer parts with documentation.
• Generate ply/kit data from customer designs and projector data.
• Support cost-down and DFM efforts to scale production as quantities grow.
• Work hands-on with production to identify bottlenecks and improve processes.
