American Honda Motor Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead innovative activities in the mass production environment.

You will develop and refine processes to meet Safety, Environment, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale targets, while guiding teams and applying data-driven improvements. Requires 2–8 years in manufacturing engineering, a strong foundation in process improvement, and excellent communication.

Competenze

• BS in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2-8 years of engineering staff experience in manufacturing.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement, and maintain methods, operation sequences, and processes in manufacturing of parts and assemblies.
• Review daily reports to identify SQD countermeasures and root-cause analysis opportunities.
• Utilize data analysis and PDCA to lead and justify solutions with related groups.
