American Honda Motor Co., Inc. in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support new model and business plan projects, aligning SEQDCM objectives across safety, environment, quality, delivery, cost, and morale.

The role combines office and production floor work, performing MOST studies, evaluating processes, and driving continuous improvements with cross-functional teams. 1–3 years OEM manufacturing experience and a High School Diploma/GED are required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience in an OEM environment.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and suppliers on technical aspects.
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing and process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Support strategies to achieve plant targets and improve manufacturing characteristics.
• Implement new technologies to drive continuous process improvements.
• Analyze workflows and production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Perform MOST time studies to enhance assembly line performance.
• Review drawings and technical documents for changes affecting equipment and processes.
