  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment and production processes.
  • Knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, process controls, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Self starter with a high level of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, productivity, and equipment performance

Profile

A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:

  • 3 to 7+ years of manufacturing, process, mechanical, or equipment engineering experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands on troubleshooting experience
  • Ability and willingness to work directly on manufacturing equipment when needed
  • Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment and production processes
  • Knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, process controls, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self starter with a high level of ownership and accountability
Job Offer
  • Base salary: $85,000 to $100,000
