Job summary

Frontgrade, a leader in mission-critical electronics, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer III to advance production processes at our York, PA facility. You will collaborate with engineering and production teams on product design, tooling, and process optimization to meet safety and efficiency goals.

The role emphasizes developing, refining, and integrating manufacturing methods for new programs, designing fixtures, and supporting assembly automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Aerospace and Defense Industry preferred.

The Manufacturing Engineer III develops, reviews and evaluates manufacturing processes, working with the engineering and production teams on product design and tooling to ensure that manufacturing goals are achieved safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and refine production/manufacturing engineering processes, partnering with engineering and production teams on product design and tooling to ensure efficient production processes
• Investigate new manufacturing and tooling methods
• Assist in establishing manufacturing and assembly processes for new production programs
• Design manufacturing fixtures for new and existing products
• Integrate new products and product refinements into production
• Develop manufacturing processes related to assembly and automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field of study
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline
• OR (9) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree
• OR (3) years of experience may be considered w/ a Masters Degree
• Experience in Aerospace and Defense Industry
